A static platform is the permanent answer to a task done at height in the same place every time: the top of a tank, the side of a machine, a valve set, a filter bank, the loading edge of a process line. Built from FastClamp® tube and fittings, it is designed for that position, delivered with its stairs or ladder and guardrail, and can be extended or altered later without cutting or welding.
The height and size of the deck, where the stair or ladder can land, what the platform stands on, whether it is indoors or on a roof, and the load it will carry. A sketch or photograph of the position is enough to start. Our technical team returns a CAD drawing for approval before anything is made, and the platform is supplied through your distributor.
If the platform has to serve more than one position, look at mobile access platforms. If the obstacle is a pipe run or cable tray rather than a machine, a step over platform is the standard kit for it. All three are built from the same key clamp fittings, so an access route can combine them from one drawing set. Product page: bespoke access platforms.
