Description
The C01 Expanding Connector joins two lengths of tube of the same diameter from the inside, so the finished rail has no visible sleeve. Tightening the screw expands the connector against the tube wall. It suits 3.2mm wall tube only, and because it sits inside the bore it can be positioned within another fitting.
It is a cosmetic joint, not a structural one. Use it on handrail tops, shopfitting frames and display work where appearance matters. For any joint that carries load, use the C00 Sleeve Joint.

- Sizes: 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50, to suit tube of 26.9mm, 33.7mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm and 60.3mm outside diameter
- Material: malleable cast iron
- Finish: hot dip galvanised as standard; powder coating to any RAL colour on request
- Assembly: grub screw and Allen key; no welding, threading or bolting
