Description
The C00 Sleeve Joint is the standard way to join two lengths of the same diameter tube end to end. It is an external sleeve: both tube ends slide into the fitting and each is held by its own grub screw, so the joint is as rigid as the rest of the structure and can sit anywhere along a rail.
Use it wherever a run of handrail, guardrail or frame is longer than a stock tube length, and at any joint that will carry load. Where the joint must be flush with the tube surface, the C01 Expanding Connector is the internal alternative, but it is not load bearing.

- Sizes: 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50, to suit tube of 26.9mm, 33.7mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm and 60.3mm outside diameter
- Material: malleable cast iron
- Finish: hot dip galvanised as standard; powder coating to any RAL colour on request
- Assembly: grub screw and Allen key; no welding, threading or bolting
